Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm.

Receive & Direct Incoming Calls Review & Post POS Batch Daily Cash Count Bank Deposits Process Mail Assist with Payables and Receivables Enter Finance Applications Prep Delivery Packets Process Payments and Equipment Sales Maintain and Order Marketing Supplies Maintain Advertisements/Submit Reimbursement Claims
Qualifications:
Professional phone skills Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping Good health and physical mobility Ability to work independent Proficient Computer skills:
Word, Excel Associate's in business management or accounting preferred Behavioral Traits:
Pleasant personality Strong communication skills Ethical/honest Willing to learn Respectful Results oriented Well organized Job Type:
