Summary:

Responsible for providing office support to operations, staff and building safety, billing, data case management at our
Essential Functions:
As the first contact for clients, candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and show care, empathy and understanding regardless of own understanding, views/opinions or beliefs.
Utilizes Trauma Informed principles with clients to create safety and empowerment for change.
Assist and collaborates clients with emergency financial case manager in needs such as payment for utilities, food, clothing, etc.
in person or via phone.
Develop a thorough understanding of community resources in both Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties to make appropriate referrals to clients if needed.
Utilize the agency Case Management system to enter client data for financial services Collaborates with EFA outreach, Administrative assistant, and Case Manager, and Counselor regarding any staff or client needs such as filing, scheduling and confirmation or follow up of missed appointments Develops and maintains office reporting for bookkeeping expenses both in and out.
Utilizes 10e11 medical record system to enter client intake information and schedule appointments Collect payments from co-payments for counseling.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, 365 and Outlook Support office staff with general office needs such as copying, faxing and document creation Collaborates with landlord, agency Maintenance and Purchasing departments to attend to building and program needs Staff safety:
support and collaborate with district director on client and staff safety and or building safety.
Completes case record self-audits on each client's chart as required.
Collaborates in a team environment to ensure the client and community needs are met.
Reviews client confidentiality laws and regulations and assures release of information forms have been properly initiated, signed and updated as necessary Performs other duties as assigned.
