Summary:
Responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, installation of equipment, systems and utilities in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
oUnderstands the functionality of equipment.
oMust possess the ability to troubleshoot and correct issues by utilizing knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, mechanical maintenance, motors, control circuits, power supplies, basic AC&DC theory, and power distribution.
oReads and understands electrical schematics and is able to use and understand electrical testing equipment.
oUnderstands boiler operations and can troubleshoot problems related to steam generation.
oResponsible for the operation, maintenance and general repairs to the anhydrous ammonia system.
oAbility to use hand tools including, lathes, drill presses, saws, welding equipment, calibration equipment, etc.
to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
oPerforms necessary repairs or preventative maintenance on all industrial equipment.
oUnderstands operational urgency and supports production needs.
oCommunicates to Maintenance and/or Plant Manager any condition that prevents the manufacture of products to established standards.
oEnsures safe operational practices for self and other operators.
oAdheres to all plant GMP and sanitation policies.
oPromotes SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
oPerforms any and all duties as directed by Supervision.
Education and
Experience:
oGED or High School Diploma with at least 3
years experience in manufacturing.
oPrior experience in industrial maintenance.
oIntermediate computer skills (i.
e.
Word, Excel, etc.
) oExcellent troubleshooting experience.
oExperience within PLC's and Ammonia Refrigeration preferred.
oExperience working with outside vendors and contractors.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
