We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Position requires good basic math skills, strong computer skills, working knowledge of Excel, attention to detail, and good phone etiquette.
Print industry experience a plus but not required.
Casual office environment.

Job Purpose:
Serve customers by sharing printing knowledge and guiding them to the appropriate products and services.
Coordinate and communicate job information to all internal departments.
Duties:
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answer or direct inquiries; take product orders; answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
Research available products and resources to fulfill customer needs.
Prepare quotes for customers.
Work with outside vendors and/or internal departments to complete customer orders.
Maintain customer records and inventory levels.
Track, verify and reconcile vendor invoices.
Create customer invoices.
Analyze and prepare monthly inventory reports for customers.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Telephone Etiquette, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency, General Math Skills, Multi- Tasking, Attention to Detail, Documentation Skills, Organization, Time Management, Professionalism, Experience in the printing and mailing industries helpful but not required.
Microsoft Excel test will be required before hire.
Pay Rate:
$15.
00 - 16.
00 /hour Higher pay rate may be considered for industry experience.
