45-11 pm.
We offer both part time or full time hours.
Resident Care Aide (RCA)
Responsibilities:
Assisting our residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming and dressing while maintaining the residents' dignity and promoting their independence.
Maintain a clean, safe and healthy client environment.
Assist residents with housekeeping tasks; changing linens, making beds and laundering clothes and bedding.
Escorting residents to and from meals and activities Medication management for residents.
Follow company policies including code of conduct, code of ethics, safety, sanitation, confidentiality, dress code and resident rights Communication:
Establish and maintain effective communication regarding resident's care with supervisor.
Communicates and works cooperatively with other members of the team.
Qualifications:
1 year experience serving seniors in an assisted living environment preferred.
Entry level - We will train you as long as you're accountable and coachable Sound judgement, decision-making skills, customer service and hospitality Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision Enjoy serving seniors Apply via Indeed.
