Job Description:
The Coach position is a key member of the Arc GLOW team.
The Coach is responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective customers, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment in the store.
Essential Functions:
Provide customers a quality experience by responding to their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Assist with selling products and services.
Must be able to work various schedules including days (6:
30am-4:
00pm), evenings (4:
00pm-10:
00pm), weekends (10:
00pm-6:
00am) and holidays (6:
00am-4:
00pm).
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Strong customer service skills.
1 year customer service experience preferred.
Previous retail sales experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
