WHAT IS ARC GLOW?We are a parent and family driven organization that empowers and supports people of all ages with a broad spectrum of emotional, intellectual and developmental disabilities.
WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?Completion of general ledger account reconciliations.
Responsible for maintenance of fixed asset schedules.
Prepares or assists with month end journal entries.
Assists with financial analysis to support the organization's priorities.
Assists with annual audit, pension audit, CFR, budgeting, and other reporting and analysis as required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
2-5 years related work experience in a similar position.
Experience with financial management and budgeting within a large, complex nonprofit organization a plus.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
